This regex captures complete lines that begin with an uppercase letter 'T'. The multiline flag (m) makes ^ and $ match at the start and end of each line rather than the whole string, while the global flag (g) finds all matching lines. It's useful for filtering or extracting lines starting with T, such as names, headers, or log entries beginning with that letter.
