Matches XML/HTML-style attribute pairs in the form Name="Value" or Name='Value', where the attribute name is a word string (\w*) followed by an equals sign, and the value is enclosed in single or double quotes. The named capture groups 'Name' and 'Value' make it easy to programmatically extract each attribute's key and value. With the global flag, it finds all such attributes in a string, making it useful for parsing tag attributes from markup, templates, or config-like text.
