Regex Tester & Validator

Matches the Italian word 'cantina' (cellar) case-insensitively, while excluding three cases: when preceded by 'senza' (without), when followed by ': no', and when 'acquistabile/acquistabili' (purchasable) appears later in the same sentence (up to a period). Typically used in real estate listing parsing to detect properties that genuinely include a cellar, rather than one marked as absent or available for separate purchase. Requires a modern JS engine supporting lookbehind.
