Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches Windows-style file paths written with forward slashes, splitting them into three capture groups: a drive letter with colon and double slash (e.g., C://), one or more directory segments (word characters followed by /), and a filename with its extension (e.g., file.txt). Useful for parsing full paths or extracting the filename component, though it won't handle spaces, hyphens, or traditional backslash separators.
