An optional http:// or https:// protocol prefix is accepted, capturing both bare and fully-qualified URLs. With global and multiline flags, it finds all such links across every line of text. Ideal for extracting or validating WhatsApp wa.me links from chat logs, user-generated content, or scraped web pages.
