Matches Wagtail CMS `{% image %}` Django template tags that do not already include the `loading='lazy'` attribute. The first capture group grabs the image variable along with any filters or attributes (letters, digits, dots, underscores, equals signs, hyphens, quotes, and whitespace), while the negative lookbehind excludes tags already configured with lazy loading. Useful for auditing templates to find image tags needing native lazy loading for performance optimization.
