Matches port numbers in F5 virtual server destination statements (e.g. `destination /Common/10.0.0.1:PORT`) that fall within reserved ranges. Uses a lookbehind to anchor on the destination/IP syntax, then captures high ports 28000-32759 and 65000-65535 plus specific well-known ports (SSH 22, DNS 53, etcd 2379/2380, Kubernetes API 6443, kubelet 10250, etc.). Useful for linting F5 BIG-IP/Distributed Cloud configs and flagging disallowed destination ports in Kubernetes-related deployments.
