Captures all content (including newlines) between the HTML comment markers `<!-- Template Nav Start -->` and `<!-- Template Nav End -->`, excluding the markers themselves. A lookbehind anchors the match right after the start comment's newline, while a lookahead halts at the end comment, with the lazy `[\s\S]*?` ensuring it stops at the first closing marker. Commonly used in VS Code find & replace to swap out or extract reusable template navigation blocks across files.
