Matches YAML-style `repository:` and `tag:` key-value pairs, capturing the image name into the `depName` group and the image tag into the `currentValue` group, tolerating optional quotes and an optional comma between them. It is intended for Renovate bot custom regex managers to detect container image dependencies, such as the VictoriaMetrics operator image, in Kubernetes manifests or Helm values files. With the `gm` flags, it scans every line of a file for multiple matches.
