Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches each line (gm flags) in one of two forms: an account-prefixed hash like `account#value` (word characters, a `#`, then any characters up to but not including a `/`), or a whole line composed only of characters other than `#`, `/`, `|`, `(`, and `)`. Useful for validating or extracting per-line hash identifiers that may carry an account context, e.g. in logs, config files, or credential lists. Note the second alternative uses a character class, so `|` and parentheses are matched literally rather than as alternation/grouping.
