Matches Vietcombank (VCB) transaction description strings, including MBVCB/IBVCB e-banking formats (dot-separated alphanumeric segments), SHGD transaction IDs with REMARK fields, and ##SAL credit supplement trace reports with dates. All variants must end with a literal (TIK) marker followed by a 5+ character alphanumeric reference code and an optional trailing delimiter (#, -, ., ;, ,, )). Typically used to parse Vietnamese bank transfer messages and extract transaction verification codes.
