Matches lines that start with the literal text 'CLI telnet' and end with 'Rd ping', allowing any characters in between via the greedy dot-star. In Varnish Cache logging (e.g., varnishlog), this identifies ping commands received over telnet CLI sessions. Useful for filtering Varnish shared memory logs to monitor CLI health checks or debug administrative telnet connections.
