Validates Argentine postal codes in both accepted formats. It matches either the legacy 4-digit format (e.g., 1425) or the modern CPA format consisting of one letter (excluding I and O to avoid confusion with digits), followed by four digits and three letters (e.g., C1064AAB). Matching is case-insensitive and multiline-aware.
