Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches HTTP/HTTPS URLs, including protocol-relative ones starting with `//`, and captures components into named groups: protocol, host, port, and path. The host requires alphanumeric segments joined by dots (e.g., example.com), with an optional numeric port (`:8080`) and optional trailing path/query. Useful for validating and parsing external resource URLs line-by-line, as it runs with case-insensitive and multiline flags.
