Matches modern (2019+) Swedish vehicle license plates in the format of three letters, two digits, and one trailing alphanumeric character, e.g., 'ABC12D' or 'KNT421'. The letter classes exclude easily confused characters: I, Q, and V are omitted from all letter positions, and O is additionally excluded from the final position, in line with Swedish registration rules. The trailing {1} quantifier is redundant but harmless. With the global and multiline flags, it's ideal for validating or extracting multiple plate numbers from text.
