Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches address strings where the house number precedes the street name (e.g., '12 Rue de la Paix', '3A Via Roma'), capturing each part in named groups 'houseNumber' and 'street'. The house number may include letters, separators, or ranges (12-14, 2/4), while the street part accepts Unicode letters, digits, apostrophes, hyphens, and periods. Negative lookahead/lookbehind prevent the street from starting or ending with bare numbers to reduce ambiguity. Useful for validating and splitting addresses in French, Italian, and other European formats.
