Test, validate and match regular expressions
Validates Spanish mobile phone numbers: exactly 9 digits where the first digit must be 6 or 7 (covering the classic 6xx series and newer 7xx allocations in Spain), followed by any 8 digits. The multiline flag makes ^ and $ anchor to each line, and the global flag finds all matches, so it works well for validating lists of numbers or extracting them from multi-line text. Commonly used in Spanish form validation for 'teléfono móvil'.
