Validates strings consisting of letters including Spanish accented characters (á, é, í, ó, ú, Ñ, ñ via the À-ÿ range and Unicode escapes), with optional whitespace between letter groups. The string must start and end with a letter, rejecting digits, punctuation, and special characters. Commonly used for validating names, surnames, or word-only form fields in Spanish-language applications.
