Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches IPv4 addresses in dotted-decimal format, validating that each of the four octets falls in the 0-255 range (including leading zeros like 007). The alternation explicitly handles 250-255, 200-249, and 100-199 to avoid out-of-range values. With global/multiline flags, it finds multiple IP addresses across lines in text. Note it is unanchored, so it may match substrings of longer digit sequences.
