Matches standard-format UUIDs/GUIDs with the classic 8-4-4-4-12 lowercase hexadecimal structure (e.g., 018f6a2e-5c1b-7def-8a12-3b4c5d6e7f89), suitable for validating or extracting UUID v7 strings from logs, API payloads, or database values. Anchored with ^ and $ plus the multiline flag so each line is validated independently, while the global flag finds all matches in a document. Note it only accepts lowercase hex digits and doesn't check the version or variant nibbles, so it will match any UUID version, not strictly v7.
