Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches a whitespace character followed by the literal 'UTC', a plus or minus sign, and one or more digits, capturing timezone offsets like ' UTC+5' or ' UTC-8'. Commonly used to extract timezone information from timestamps in logs, chat messages, emails, and scheduling text. Note that the character class [+|-] also matches a literal pipe '|' character, so [+\-] would be more precise. The 'g' flag finds all occurrences while 'm' enables per-line matching.
