Regex Tester & Validator

Detects HTML-like opening tags such as <script> or <img src=> by matching an opening angle bracket followed by tag characters (letters, underscore, curly braces, parentheses, slash) interspersed with whitespace or equals signs, optionally followed by arbitrary content and another tag fragment. With global and case-insensitive flags, it scans all occurrences in a string, making it suitable for basic XSS screening of user input before rendering or storage.
