Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Validates US city names by requiring the string to start with letters and allowing internal separators such as spaces, hyphens, apostrophes, periods, ampersands, and slashes (e.g., 'New York', 'St. Louis', 'Winston-Salem'). It optionally permits a trailing period or whitespace, plus lowercase letters or parentheses. Commonly used in address forms and location data validation, though it won't match non-ASCII characters found in some city names.
