Build, test, and debug regular expressions
A zero-width positive lookahead that checks for either a URL or a specific IPv6 address format. The URL branch matches an optional 'http://'/'https://' scheme (with a negative lookahead to avoid false schemes), optional '//www.' prefix, dotted domain name segments, and a trailing path of common web characters. The IPv6 branch matches three 4-digit hex groups, a double colon, and a final hex group (e.g., 2001:0db8:85a3::0370). Used with the global flag to scan text for valid link positions.
