Test, validate and match regular expressions
Extracts the value of the utm_term tracking parameter from URL strings using a named capture group 'utm_term'. A positive lookbehind asserts that 'utm_term=' immediately precedes the match, while the lazy .*? captures the shortest value up to the next ampersand, whitespace, or end of line (multiline flag enabled). Useful in web analytics, marketing attribution, and log parsing to pull keyword/term values from tracked URLs like 'example.com?utm_source=google&utm_term=shoes'.
