Matches a forward slash or plus sign followed by a single letter and one or more hyphen-number sequences, such as /A-123 or +b-9-88, capturing the full token in group 1. The global flag finds all such tokens throughout the input. Useful for parsing URL path segments, route parameters, or identifiers combining an alphabetic prefix with one or more hyphenated numeric suffixes.
