Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches key-value pairs in a URL query string. After a `?` or `&` separator (technically written as a character class that also matches `(`, `|`, `)`), it captures the parameter name (everything up to `=`) and the value (everything up to the next `&` or `#`). Useful for extracting query parameters like `?name=John&age=30` into name/value capture groups for URL parsing or rewriting.
