Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches the 'pa=' parameter from UPI payment deep links (e.g., upi://pay?pa=user@bank), followed by a UPI ID consisting of an alphanumeric local part, an @ symbol, and an alphabetic handle (like user@ybl or name@paytm). Typically used to extract or validate payee UPI IDs from payment URLs or QR code payloads in Indian payment systems. The case-insensitive and global flags allow finding all matches across lines regardless of letter case. Note: it allows empty segments and doesn't account for dots or hyphens found in some real UPI IDs.
