Matches a comma-free text segment containing the Cyrillic word 'микрорайо' with an optional trailing 'н' (the н* quantifier), followed by one non-comma character. Useful for extracting 'микрорайон' (microdistrict) entries from Russian address strings delimited by commas. The leading [^,]* consumes preceding characters, keeping the match inside a single comma-separated field. The s flag is set but has no effect since the pattern contains no dot.
