Matches a double-quoted value at the end of a line while allowing one level of nested inner double quotes, such as an organization name like "Firm "Brand" Ltd". The first capture group stores the whole name including the embedded quoted segment, and the trailing quote is optional so unbalanced input is tolerated. With global and multiline flags, it is useful for finding and replacing stray double quotes inside quoted organization names.
