Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches the literal, case-sensitive substring "me" anywhere in the input text. The g flag ensures every occurrence is found rather than stopping at the first match. The m flag has no practical effect here since the pattern contains no ^ or $ anchors. Useful for simple text searches, counting occurrences, or as a building block within larger patterns.
