Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This multiline PCRE pattern matches financial transfer record lines (이체일, Korean for 'transfer date') that start with exactly 10 alphanumeric characters, contain the literal marker 'CTL', and include an 8-digit date beginning with 2 (e.g., 20240115). It then requires an STX control character (\x02), captures two digits into a group, and ends with an SOH control character (\x01) followed by a space. It is typically used to parse legacy banking/wire-transfer message streams with control-character-delimited fields and extract a two-digit day or code value.
