Regex Tester & Validator

Matches the standalone word 'café' (with the accented é) as a whole word. Instead of \b word boundaries—which can behave unpredictably with non-ASCII characters—it uses lookbehind and lookahead to require whitespace or common punctuation (. , : ; " ') or line start/end (multiline flag) around the word. Useful for text search, filtering, or highlighting exact word matches in multilingual content.
