Parses bracketed condition blocks like `[obj.prop.field == value] { action }`, capturing each dotted identifier segment, a comparison/assignment operator (==, !=, >, <, =, +=, -=), the compared value, and the braced action body. Uses lookahead/lookbehind to anchor segments around dots, and the dotall flag lets the block span multiple lines. Suited for tokenizing rule-based DSLs, such as UAF (use-after-free) or static-analysis rule definitions.
