Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches TypeScript triple-slash directive lines such as /// <reference path="file.ts" />, capturing the leading /// plus the surrounding angle brackets. It requires three slashes, at least one whitespace character, an opening < or >, any content, and a closing < or >. Commonly used to scan .ts source files for reference directives in linters, build scripts, or lightweight parsers. Note the bracket alternation is permissive, so mismatched angle brackets like >...< will also match.
