Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches Twitter profile URLs at the start of a line, requiring the https://twitter.com/ prefix followed by a username of 4-15 alphanumeric characters or underscores (matching Twitter's handle rules). A negative lookahead excludes reserved Twitter paths such as messages, notifications, and settings. The trailing ($|\/) accepts URLs ending at the username or continuing with a slash (e.g., /status/123). With global and multiline flags, it's ideal for validating or extracting Twitter profile links across blocks of text.
