Matches Twitch.tv URLs (with or without http/https protocol prefix) while excluding clip links (clips.twitch.tv) and one specific whitelisted channel (twitch.tv/minokawa95). Uses case-insensitive matching with multiline support. Commonly used in chat moderation bots or link filtering systems to detect general Twitch channel links while allowing certain exceptions.
