Matches Delphi/VCL form file (.dfm/.fmx) blocks starting with an 'object' or 'inherited' declaration of a TMgDBEdit component, lazily capturing everything up to either a 'Color = clInactiveCaptionText' property line or the component's closing 'end' keyword. With global, multiline, case-insensitive, and dotall flags, it is designed for bulk find-and-replace operations (the title means 'change property' in Portuguese), such as swapping the Color property on all TMgDBEdit controls in form files.
