Matches Brazilian DUE (Declaração Única de Exportação) reference numbers, optionally prefixed with 'DUE' in any letter case, optionally hyphenated ('DU-E'), and followed by an optional colon and whitespace. The number itself consists of 2 digits, the literal 'BR', 9 digits, an optional hyphen, and a final check digit (e.g., 'DUE: 24BR123456789-0'). Typically used to extract export declaration references from trade/logistics documents such as draft Bills of Lading for Brazilian shipments.
