Matches Traefik plugin dependency declarations in Helm values files, capturing the GitHub module path (e.g., github.com/org/repo) in the named group depName and its release string in currentValue. It tolerates optional single/double quotes and commas around both fields, accommodating varied YAML formatting styles. Intended for Renovate bot's custom regex manager (regexManagers) to detect and automatically bump Traefik plugin versions in traefik-ingress chart values.
