Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches payment transaction records for Australian cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide), capturing timestamps like '9:30AM' or '11:45PM' in named groups (TimeIB, TimeIB2). The pattern expects a 4-digit number after the city name (possibly a store/terminal ID or year), then captures the time followed by 5-180 characters of transaction text ending in 'Payment'. A second alternative handles records labeled 'SUBSIDIARY/FRANCHISE'. Useful for parsing point-of-sale or banking logs to extract payment times by branch location.
