Test, validate and match regular expressions
Matches a complete 25fps timecode string in HH:MM:SS:FF format, using named capture groups (Timecode, Hours, Minutes, Seconds, Frames) for easy data extraction. Hours are validated from 00-23, minutes and seconds from 00-59, and frames from 00-24, matching the 25 frames-per-second standard used in PAL video. Anchored with ^ and $ to ensure the entire string is a valid timecode with no extra characters. Commonly used in video editing, broadcast, and film production to validate or parse SMPTE timecodes.
