Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches timecode strings in the format HH:MM:SS:FF, consisting of four two-digit number groups separated by colons. Commonly used for SMPTE video timecodes (hours, minutes, seconds, frames) in video editing and media processing applications. Note it validates only the structure, not logical time ranges, so values like 99:99:99:99 would still match. With the global flag, it finds all timecode occurrences within a larger text.
