Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches a time zone expressed in one of two formats: either a numeric UTC offset like +05:30 or -08:00 (sign, hours 00-12, colon, minutes 00-59), or an IANA-style zone identifier with two word segments separated by a slash, such as America/New_York or Europe/London. Useful for validating time zone inputs in forms, scheduling apps, or ISO 8601-like date strings. Note the offset is limited to ±12 hours and the IANA pattern only covers simple Region/City names, not three-segment zones like America/Argentina/Buenos_Aires.
