Matches time synchronization messages prefixed with 'TSY|', capturing a digit plus one following character in the named group 'timeRef', then a whitespace separator, and a sequence of digits in the named group 'timeTag'. Useful for parsing telemetry, serial, or log data with time sync headers. Note that \T is an invalid escape in Python regex and may raise an error in newer versions; a literal T is likely intended.
