Matches TikTok video URLs in two formats: desktop (www.tiktok.com/@username/video/123456) and mobile (m.tiktok.com/v/123456.html), with an optional http(s):// prefix. Captures the @username and numeric video ID, and uses a negative lookahead to skip 'foryou' feed URLs. Commonly used for extracting video IDs from text, validating TikTok links, or scraping/parsing shared video content.
