Matches Threema IDs, the 8-character alphanumeric identifiers used by the Threema secure messaging app. It captures two formats: an asterisk followed by 7 alphanumeric characters (e.g., *THREEMA or *AB12CD3) or a standalone 8-character alphanumeric string. With global and multiline flags, it extracts all Threema IDs across multi-line text, useful for contact validation, ID extraction, or message filtering.
