Build, test, and debug regular expressions
This regex matches a literal colon followed by a space, but only when the colon is NOT immediately preceded by a question mark, using a negative lookbehind (?<!\?). It's useful for distinguishing standard colon-space separators from ternary/elvis operators like '?:' in code (e.g., PHP or TypeScript optional properties). With the global and multiline flags, it finds all such occurrences across every line of input.
