Build, test, and debug regular expressions
Matches text enclosed in angle brackets, such as HTML or XML tags. The lazy quantifier (*?) with an alternation for newline characters allows it to match the shortest possible content between '<' and '>', even spanning multiple lines. With the global flag, it finds all tag-like occurrences in a string, making it useful for stripping or extracting markup tags from text.
