Matches a Kafka topic configuration line of the form KAFKA_TOPIC='{dbname}.<something>', where {dbname} is a literal template placeholder. The lazy capture group (.*?) extracts everything after '{dbname}.' up to the closing single quote, i.e., the topic name/suffix. With global and multiline flags, it finds all such assignments across multiple lines, making it useful for parsing env files, deployment configs, or scripts that use database-name placeholders in topic names.
